The purpose of the studio is to apply the methods that work best with each actor's instincts and skills. Learning solid
technique is as important for an actor as having talent. Emotions can become blocked to even the most successful
actors. It is our job to help unlock them so the actor can add them to the tools used while performing.
We base our teaching on the most influential acting movements of the 20th century : Antonin Stanislovsky, Lee
Strasburg, Stella Adler, Sanford Meisner, Utta Hagen, Viola Spolin, etc. They were the early masters and forces behind
our more contemporary teachers who have improved the "Acting Studio" and "Acting Caoch" style of teaching. It is no
cooincidence that many stars and professional actors began and use these proven methods throughout their careers.
We use techniques which have proven solid and indispensable, on a group and individual basis, in order to adjust to
each actor's needs : Text analysis, Relaxation, Improvisation, Emotional Bonding, Preparation, Repetition and Personal
inventory.
